RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT/ JOB DESCRIPTION
Work together with Consultants on searching candidates, interview and complete the Job orders. This role plays an important role during the course of each search and they are keys to the success of an assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute job orders as the standard timeframe
- Search & screen candidates, conduct interviews, send shortlists to clients
- Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team
- Conduct initial phone interviews, face to face interviews with candidates
- Personal interview with qualified candidates
- Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for candidate presentation
- Develop and enrich database, including client and candidate database
- Meeting Clients to understand requirement
- Manage the entire search process / client management
Job Requirements:
- Proactive and results-oriented
- A Self Starter
- Good interpersonal skill and able to work with different kinds of people
- Comfortable with cold-calling and possess the ability to handle rejections
- Can do attitude;
- Positive attitude at work; multitask skill
- Good at English, office computer skill
- Able to work well under pressure and to meet target & deadlines.
- Willing to work extra-hour.
