MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Ensure high-quality standards are always upheld with excellent service etiquette and communication skills
  • Receive customers by phone/email/online: actively and promptly handlecustomer business needs/conduct follow-up actions to customers.
  • Work closely with cross-department teams to ensure the smooth progress of customers daily business needs and promote the resolution of problems in a timely manner.

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

  • A minimum of a college degree or higher education level
  • Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Vietnamese, English, and Chinese
  • Customer-oriented, proactive and responsible, with strong communication skills, active listening skills, interpersonal skills, and service etiquette.
  • Prefer candidates with at least 1-2 years of experience in Call center or Customer service.
  • Open for Fresher with good attitude and proactive.
