JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support employer branding activities to maximize Daikin employer brand to potential candidates (fresher & experienced)
- Support employer branding activities of Daikin Vietnam
- Support online activities (on Daikin Career Pages & Social Media Platforms): brainstorm ideas, design images and write trending content for job postings/HR knowledge/HR Story… to attract talents and increase the Daikin’s employer brand awareness
- For offline activities (workshops, career fairs, scholarship,… at universities): assist with project logistics & onsite event management
- Support team in job posting (on social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, forum…), sourcing & screening CVs, interview arrangement, etc.
- Support inputting candidate information/CV into related files/ system
REQUIREMENTS
- 3rd/4th year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
- Enthusiasm in HR, especially Recruitment/ Employer Branding
- Creativity, good at Designing and Content writing
- Result-oriented, can-do attitude
