I. JOB DESCRIPTION
∙ Initiating school programs with potential customers over the phone.
∙ Asking questions to engage parents and keep the conversation going.
∙ Answering parents’ questions on the school program basically.
∙ Following the standard calling scripts that are provided.
∙ Listening to the parents’ needs to generate the acceptance of invitation to the school events.
∙ Providing information to parents (website, introduction email about the schools belonged to CISS system).
∙ Direct prospects and leads to the admission team.
∙ Updating customer details on the school systems as guided.
∙ Assisting in resolving current parents’ complaints/survey feedback if any.
∙ Maintaining a friendly, professional tone at all times.
∙ Closely working & keeping the latest updates to Admission team.
∙ Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.
∙ Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports on the bookings/appointments to Admission Manager.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
∙ Internship from university request or bachelor’s degree.
∙ Fluent in English or Korean language is a plus
∙ Impressive and friendly tone.
∙ Good communication skills.
∙ The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
∙ Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
∙ Team working spirit
