Programme Overview
The UOB Management Associate Programme is designed to nurture our next generation of leaders across the region. To be a UOB Management Associate, you will be someone with a drive for excellence, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong sense of ethics.
Over a period of 24 months, our Programme will provide you opportunities to experience through various business segments and corporate functions at UOB Vietnam and join regional projects with UOB Management Associates from other countries in UOB Group. This is where you will learn and appreciate different aspects of the business, within one of our business segments or corporate functions of your choice and fast-track your career in the banking industry.

What we look for in a UOB Management Associate
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, preferrable majors in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Economics, Business Administration, etc.
- No more than two years of work experience
- An impressive leadership and teamwork abilities
- Fluency in English
The Management Associate Programme will be available as a Home Division selection in the following business segment and corporate function:
- Personal Financial Services: We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
- Finance and Corporate Services: The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

Selection Process
