ABOUT HSBC VIETNAM GRADUATE PROGRAMME 2024
Our 24 months Graduate Programme will make the most of your skills regardless of what subject you’ve studied. You’ll be encouraged to bring your enthusiasm to inspire your new team and deliver great service to millions of customers. You will complete a number of rotational placements, each of typically between three to six months in duration, each designed to give you a broad exposure to our core business operations. You will have the opportunity to develop your capabilities and gain critical business experience, across areas in your selected Businesses & Functions.
Our programme will equip you with the skills and experience required to start a successful career with HSBC, you’ll then have the opportunity to develop your capabilities and grow your career in the direction which is right for you. Building your network and demonstrating a real passion for taking your career further will help get you there even sooner.

REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent from a recognised university in Vietnam or overseas.
- Currently hold a minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA or equivalent
- Less than 2 years of working experience
- Be fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Strong motivation to pursue a banking career.
- Self-driven and demonstrates leadership competencies and interpersonal skills.
