JOB DESCRIPTION
- Post job ads and screen potential resumes to identify suitable candidates for the open roles
- Conduct phone interviews & send candidate summary reports to hiring managers
- Schedule interviews with candidates and in charge of the offering process
- Assist in organizing internal events and L&D activities at Adecco
- Support with social insurance reports and relevant paperwork
- Draft up an employment contract and appendix
- Fill documents and input employee information
- In charge of admin tasks for payroll procedure
- Support other tasks following the arrangement of managers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good command of English (Especially in speaking & writing skills)
- Initiative and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication & time-management
- Have a can-do attitude & genuine interest in HRM
- Knowledge of Negotiation skills; detail-oriented, good time-management/planning
