JOB DESCRIPTION
The Day-to-Day Activities:
- Calling existing and potential partners to persuade/consult them from applications to disbursement loans.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with partners to encourage repeat business.
- Managing partners by ensuring that existing partners remain satisfied with company products and services.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods and reactions to products.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
REQUIREMENTS
The Must-Haves:
- At least 1 years experience in Telesales or related positions.
- Detail oriented person.
- High level of responsibility and self-motivation.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
- Minimum College degree in business administration or equivalent.
