Main Accountabilities:
- Design and implement mass recruitment strategies to meet the organization‘s workforce needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume positions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year experience in FMCG/ Retail/ F&B chain.
- Proven experience in mass recruitment or high-volume hiring.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient in office computing: Proficient in most necessary office computing applications (G Suite, Google Sheets, etc.)
- English proficiency: Equivalent to TOEIC 600-700 / IELTS 4.0-5.0 / TOEFL 46-59
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and other HR tools.
