Main Accountabilities:

  • Design and implement mass recruitment strategies to meet the organization‘s workforce needs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume positions.
RECRUITMENT AND CANDIDATE SELECTION (70%)

  • Assist in the recruitment process from start to finish according to approved plans, starting from posting job vacancies to welcoming new candidates.
  • Utilize diverse channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks to search for potential candidates.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone or online interviews to assess qualifications and compatibility of candidates.
  • Manage interview schedules and maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with the Training Team for the orientation of new employees.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports related to the job for the HR Director.
  • Manage, update, and develop candidate databases.
  • Ensure candidate information is up-to-date and accurate in the applicant tracking system.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide support as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Perform other recruitment-related tasks as required.
SUPPORT EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES (20%)

  • Assist in implementing and executing plans or programs related to employee engagement.
  • Support surveys and gather opinions or results from activities.
  • Assist in preparing relevant reports.
SUPPORT EMPLOYER BRANDING ACTIVITIES (10%)

  • Support and suggest plans for organizing activities related to online and offline employer branding.
  • Assist team leaders in organizing or coordinating events.
  • Support in preparing relevant reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year experience in FMCG/ Retail/ F&B chain.
  • Proven experience in mass recruitment or high-volume hiring.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in office computing: Proficient in most necessary office computing applications (G Suite, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • English proficiency: Equivalent to TOEIC 600-700 / IELTS 4.0-5.0 / TOEFL 46-59
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and other HR tools.
