JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Content Planning:
– Develop comprehensive social media content calendars aligned with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
– Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure timely delivery of content assets.
– Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, integrating insights into content strategies.
2. Social Boosting:
– Strategize and execute paid social media campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
– Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, bidding, and creative elements for improved results.
– Utilize analytical tools to track and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
3. Social Content Production:
– Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and produce high-quality social media content, including graphics, videos, and written copy.
– Maintain brand consistency across all content assets while tailoring messaging to suit each platform and audience segment.
– Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and best practices for content optimization and distribution.
4. Agency Collaboration:
– Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors involved in social media execution, ensuring clear communication and alignment with brand standards.
– Provide guidance and feedback to agencies on content strategy, creative development, and campaign performance.
– Evaluate agency performance against established KPIs and recommend adjustments as Requirements/Qualifications(must have).
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
– Proven experience in social media management, preferably within a fast-paced agency or digital marketing environment.
– Proficiency in social media analytics and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
– Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to diverse audiences.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
– Knowledge of emerging social media trends and technologies, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve.
– Experience in influencer marketing and KOL management is a plus.
