JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support functional strategies and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001. C_TPAT, etc.) in country.
- Support implementation & application of guidelines/ rules & standards, working instructions, etc.
- Coordinate, manage, direct quality & certification matters and provide support to local QSHE representatives (e.g., audits, workshops).
- Track TIP-System (Tool to Improve Processes), promote, generate, analyze, and report.
- Initiate gap analysis, develop, improve, and validate QSHE process improvements, CAPA and training media.
- Facilitate implementation of specific Kuehne+Nagel business solutions and processes nationally or locally (i.e., Health Chain, Engine Chain, etc.).
- Support QSHE Audits based on Advantic.
- Initiate synergies and continuous improvement among BU/FU through professional service support.
REQUIREMENTS
- Last year university student who can take full time internship for 12 months.
- Basic knowledge in International Freight Forwarding and import – export process is an advantage.
- Willing to learn, can-do-attitude, responsible, careful, organized, able to work under pressure.
- Good at communication, problem solving, time and job management skills.
- Good command of English.
