JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide a wide range of administrative support to matters.
- Ensure customer order’s details can be recorded in appointed systems accurately and timely.
- Assist to monitor the sales order progressing with internal and external parties.
- Work closely with IT team and project team to ensure the customers’ requirements can be delivered and fulfilled.
- Co-ordinate meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and record all necessary statistics and reports.
- Perform ad hoc tasks per assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma degree or above.
- 1 years of document handling experience and sales support working experience is an advantage.
- Good command of both spoken and written Mandarin, English is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese word processing.
- Good communication skills and able to work under pressure.
