Responsibilities
- Research, identification, and relationship management with influencers/KOLs and social partners.
- Brief, develop, implement activities working process with influencers and social partners to make sure getting output on time with expected quality.
- Evaluate performance to improve program quality and support KOLs to hit the targets.
- Take ownership of team development and performance in quantity and quality metrics.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders (local and regional) to run the project smoothly.
- Follow up with all online and offline activities to drive awareness of the program and invite KOLs to participate.
- Support Function Lead in other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- An active Internet user using social networks on a regular basis.
- Well understanding how social channels work to come up with proper solutions.
- Accurately analyze and interpret data. Utilize data to improve team performance.
- KPI-driven attitude and eagerness to adapt with the dynamic sales environment of e-commerce.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking, hands-on execution, communication, time management, problem solving and result-orientation, negotiation capability, project management.
- Ability to manage time and plan well, build lasting, sustainable relationships and maintain long-term contact with KOLs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and constantly changing to achieve innovative solutions.
