Main Accountabilities:
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings to gather required information
- Read and interpret architectural specifications and associated documents to gather required information
- Based on information provided, provide plans for fully engineered components
- Outputs include engineered Wall, Floor and Roof designs and other customer specific requirements
- Review drawings and documents for errors or deficiencies and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of valuable company information
- Participate in customer meetings to receive feedback on projects
- Modify files to adopt customer change requests
- Ensure completed work complies with customer instructions and specifications
- Participate in company continuous improvement projects or activities
- As part of delivering good customer service, develop your English skills
- Other reasonable duties as assigned
Requirements:
- A University or College degree is required
- Basic communication in English
- Proficient in reading construction plans
- Have knowledge of construction methods
- Ability to learn new software programs
- Understand and be able to demonstrate good customer service practice
