JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Safety:
- Being HSE Document controller & supporting manager in Permit to Work system at sites
- Coordinating with stakeholders to implement annual HSE Training program
- Support manager in Construction Safety program
2. Environment:
- Establish tracking system on hazardous & non-hazardous waste generation, Domestic & energy consumption, wastewater discharge volume
- Establish environment documentation management by required by government
- Follow up with external vendor to update environmental permits
3. Health:
- Tracking and analyze clinic data to drive health promotion program
- Support manager to implement ergonomics program
- Visualize health promotion program at the workplace
4. Admin tasks:
- Support HSE Manager in raising PO by complying with internal process
- PPE & Other HSE promotion items’ delivery to employees by working with related sales support function
- Organizing internal/external HSE event & training
- Support HSE Manager in coordinating with other departments to get involve in sustainability project
REQUIREMENTS
- Third or fourth-year student majoring in Occupational Safety and Health or Environmental Management
- Effective communication skills: good sense of Vietnamese, Fluent in English
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of design software: Canva, Adobe Photoshop and/or other movie maker tools
- Independent, ambitious, highly motivated, organized, and proactive
- Be able to work full time (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday in 6 months)
