Job Description
- Support HR staff in aspects of recruitment (e.g. job listings, setting up interviews, updating database of candidates)
- Assist in HR-related tasks for internal activities during the fiscal year.
- Assist Admin staff to provide support for staffs, visitors and guests. play a role as a receptionist if needed (greeting office visitors and organizing refreshments, meeting room bookings,…)
- Assist C&B tasks relating to employee documents and databases, social insurance records and others,…
- Other HR & administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Good communication
- Good English in written & verbally
- Wiling-to-learn attitude
- Content writing skills are a plus.
