Job Description
As a Finance Trainee, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Support the Finance Controller in managing the financial operations of the organization. This include assisting with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting, throughout the duration of the 6-month to 1-year program.
- Involve learning and applying accounting principles, internal controls, and financial processes to ensure accurate financial reporting;
- Assist with preparing the board, analyzing financial data, and identifying trends and issues that require attention;
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the accurate and timely flow of financial information.

Profile Requirements
- Final year students or Graduated students from a business school majoring in Finance/Controlling/relevant majors who can commit to join 5 full days per week ;
- Strong aptitude for financial analysis;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good English communication;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Interview Process
After being qualified in the shortlisting round, the upcoming interview process for the Finance Trainee position consists of two rounds:
- Excel Assessment: Purpose is to assess basic finance knowledge, the use of Excel and English communication skills.
- Final Interview: Meet with Finance team leader, undergo a comprehensive assessment of skills, fit, and potential contributions. Questions cover problem-solving, teamwork, and career goals. Aim is to evaluate suitability for the trainee program.
