Role & Responsibilities
Be responsible for the quality and perfection of each event from planning to execution:
- Organize the brainstorming to devise a campaign that meets the brief and budget
- Build up the full proposal of creative and executive ideas as demanded.
- Present, alongside colleagues the campaign ideas and budget to the client.
- Negotiate with coordinators about the budget, costs, and fees such as MCs, KOLs, magicians, models, etc.
- Prepare all required documentation for the campaign: contract, enclosure, cost estimation, PPM, WIP, receipt, etc.
- Negotiate with suppliers for the best deal and follow up with them for the best result.
- Interact with other departments to deliver information: venue, legal, production, etc.
- Write MC scripts, program agenda…
- Make a task list and allocate the resource to execute the campaign.
- Manage and solve unexpected situations and problems during projects.
