| Teachers hold a vital role at TOPICA Native in effectively delivering Topica’s tailor-made online lessons, actively engaging students in live class learning activities, and helping them learn English in the best way that they can. | |
Accountabilities – Primary responsibilities |
|
| • Provide sufficient teaching hours as required;
• Teach students general English skills or other Topica English programs as per requested following provided lesson plans and presentations; • Correct pronunciation; grammar mistakes for students; • Complete class feedbacks; • Conduct substitute teaching when needed; • Follow the requirements stated in the current effective Teacher’s Handbook; • Participate in academic activities according to the contract package: o Marking o Lesson review o Review 1-1 o Curriculum involvement o Other ad hoc assignments required by the supervisor. |

Skills, Languages, Experience & behaviours |

| • Open to Senior students in English Teaching/ English Language major or • Candidates hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree AND/ OR Teaching Certificate (TEFL/ TESOL/ CELTA);
• Achieved advanced English proficiency level • Has a minimum of one year English teaching or tutoring experience; • Has stable Internet connection with private laptop; camera and microphone; • Should be punctual; highly disciplined; proactive and tech-savvy. |
