JOB DESCRIPTION: 

1. Job summary:

• Working Time: 9:00 – 18:00, Monday – Friday

• Working Location: 6th Floor, Tuong Viet Building, 95 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, HCMC, Vietnam

2. Job description:

• Mainly support to Partnership Dept.
• Assist in researching potential partners, negotiating, signing contracts, and storing partner information and referrals
• Assist in checking documents monthly, prepare monthly payment documents and receivable status with Vendor
• Support internal process work: reconcile, contract review.
• Related tasks assigned by Line Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3rd-or 4th- year students from any fields, prefer to work fulltime
• Intermediate English skill (IELTS 6.0/TOEIC 800 or relevant)
• Good at Microsoft Office
• Good Task management and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and client management skills
• Prudent, honest, positive
• Eager to learn, can-do spirit and growth mindset
