Main Accountabilities:
- Supporting QC to check goods before leaving warehouse to ensure the correct quantity, product as Delivery Note for Alchemy, BBC & NFG.
- Update the Delivery Status on Link Deli.
- Checking the status of btl (label, customs stamp, barcode, customs declaration matches btl stamp for MT’s orders, provincial delivery orders, …
- Checking the quantity and quality product before import the warehouse from Trasas, other suppliers for Alchemy, BBC and NFG.
- Check stock, size, stamp, barcode as required (if any) from BOD, Sale, MKT, …
- Supporting QC to collect, reorder and store the copy delivery documents.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as requested to Coordinator, preparing the order.
Requirements:
- Internship duration: 4-6 months (Full time: Mon – Fri from 9am to 6pm).
- Open for 4th year student or fresher in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / International Business major.
- High level of English written and spoken.
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Passion, hard-working, willing to learn.
