Main Accountabilities:
* Working time: off 5 days/month, day/night shift
- Troubleshooting via inbound, outbound, email, chat, and messaging on various topics such as additional travel advice, modifications, cancellations, and complaints.
- Assisting Individuals with accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes. Report immediately serious cases/ inconstant situations
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
- Graduated from High School or Above.
- Fluent English is a must. (work 100% in English)
- Open for fresher, training before starting to work with international standard.
