Internship in Parts Distribution Center
Are you a passionate student who is currently pursuing a degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration or any other relevant majors? Are you willing to work full time for 6 months in District 9, HCMC? Could you imagine supporting a global organization within a tremendous transformation process in a VUCA world?
In that case, our new CRM – Administration Intern position in Parts Distribution Center is an attractive choice for you.
What will you do?
In this Intern role, you will:
- Handling communication, managing feedbacks from customers
- Supporting to respond to customer inquiry by providing the information of automotive parts
- Supporting for processing customers orders
- Supporting to check issued invoices and hand over
- Conducting administrative tasks (preparing meeting…)
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned
Who are we looking for?
To fit into our team, you should have:
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work multitasking and independently
- Carefulness, flexibility, honesty and have a good cooperation in work
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point)
- Good presentation skill
- Knowledge in Logistics and Supply Chain is a great advantage!
