Main Accountabilities:
- Provide the primary consumer research to have a complete understanding of the entire path to purchase of consumers: demand, purchase, customer experiences
- Provide an uncommon sense of the consumer for faster, smarter, more confident decisions that improve performance
- Developing strategic service delivery elements of joint business plan with clients
- Prepare contract/ annex/ NDA (non-disclosure agreement) based on the standard terms and conditions of NielsenIQ Vietnam
- Coordinate with CS and legal teams for reviewing the contract, NDA or some relating documents
- Print, get the contract signed, scan and upload the signed contract on internal systems as per practices
- Supporting the CS teams with other administrative related and vendor booking/payment
- Support with the register, payment processes for new vendor on Client’s system (if any)
- Coordinate with Global finance team to make Bank Guarantee (if any)
- Recruit for the CMI team
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Full-time last year student or fresh graduate (major in English, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Foreign Trade, Accounting or any related field)
- Detailed-oriented, patient, proactive with a “can do” and responsible attitude
- Interested in administrative tasks, hard-working, be punctual and demonstrate high attention to detail
- Interest for professional and dynamic market research working environment
- No working experiences required
- Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good at organizational and communication skills
