JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you a passionate student who is currently pursuing a degree in Automotive Production, Operations Management, or any other relevant major? Are you committing to work full-time in 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week)? Do you want to participate in different projects in the area of the Paintshop? Could you imagine supporting a global organization within a tremendous transformation process in a VUCA world?
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this intern role, you will prepare and participate in regular meetings (e.g. Daily Shop Floor Meeting). On top of that, you will gain new insights and expand your knowledge by analyzing data for production reports, executing of own improvement projects in the area of Paintshop, and coordinating with Departments of Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Operations for Production Projects
REQUIREMENTS
To fit into our team, you should be an undergraduate who is currently pursuing a degree in Automotive Production, Operations Management or other relevant major. You should be fluent in written and spoken English and good at Microsoft office skills (especially Excel). On top of that, you should be an active team player with excellent analytical and communication skills, confident and able to work independently, careful of accuracy and detail of figures, high teamwork spirit.
