1. PROJECT ASSISTANT INTERN (BILINGUAL: ENGLISH + JAPANESE)
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Internship Project Management Associate will:
- Support process related tasks and documentation
- Proceed administrative tasks such as sending meeting invitations, preparing workshops, recording meeting minutes, following-up non-project pending points, and managing team’s internal websites
- Support Organizational activities: engagement, buddy, newcomer support, automation documentation, etc
- Play a Key User role in one or multiple internal application(s)
- Support other ad-hoc tasks
- Learn various internal and external tools/applications to understand how project information is properly maintained in the Project Management Information Systems.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fourth year student at university with Economics or Business management or Linguistic background
- English skills: good reading and writing skills.
- Japanese: good reading and writing skills. N3 or higher is preferable
- Good at using Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
- Willing to learn

2. SUPPLY CHAIN INTERN (JAPANESE AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work on global projects in Sales/Logistics/Purchasing domains
- Work for sample management support for 2 wheelers department in Japan/Germany
- Work on back office projects (BPO – Business Process Outsourcing);
- Communicate with Japanese / German customers for project status and information sharing
- Work with ERP systems like SAP to support the BOSCH Unit of Japan/ Germany/other countries for their Purchasing / Sales processes
- Background of Supply chain management (Purchasing / Sales / Management or other related Supply chain management activities)
REQUIREMENTS
- Good English and Japanese language (JLPT N2 or above)
- Well-versed in using office applications (Excel, word, PowerPoint)
- Exposure to SAP (ERP) is preferable
- High teamwork spirit
- Positive working attitude (can-do-attitude)

3. HR SHARED SERVICE INTERN
JOB DESCRIPTION
- On-boarding process:
- Conduct training session for new joiners.
- Manage the status of personal file & provide consultancy to employees.
- Cooperate with relevant parties in terms of data consolidation for payroll process.
- Document handling:
- Support on preparing Labour contract, Appendix.
- Deliver documents to associate & maintain tracking status.
- Issue Certificate of employment.
- File & e-file personal documents.
- System Administration task:
- Maintain confidential data in HR system with high accuracy.
- Export general reports as required.
- Support on-site service:
- Provide onsite consultancy to employees.
- Receive and proceed employee’s documents related to Tax.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Full-time undergraduate students, major in Business English, Business Administrations with high interest in Human Resources.
- No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities will have big advantage.
- Eloquent in English and Vietnamese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

4. JAPANESE – ENGLISH TRANSLATOR INTERN
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Make quotation of translation.
- Read given material and research industry-specific terminology.
- Translate documents (e-mails, technical specifications, minutes of meeting etc.) from Japanese language to English and vice versa. Ensure translated content conveys original meaning and tone.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in EN and JP (JLPT N2)
- Chinese (preferrable).
- Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling and punctuation errors.
- Well versed in using office applications (Excel, word, PowerPoint).
- Time-management skills.
- High team work spirit.
