CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determining selection criteria
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Assist for Universities relation activities
- Join in projects and tasks assign
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- BA/BS Degree
- Have 1-3 year experience at full-cycle recruitment, especially in mass hiring
CORE SKILL REQUIREMENT:
- Customer and details oriented
- Ability to collaborate effectively internally/externally
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure managing multiple priorities, familiar in working with deadlines
- Being adaptable towards new situations and having an out of the box approach
- A dynamic team player who is self-motivated, meticulous
- MS office proficiency i.e excel, ppt, project management tools
- English fluency
