Main Accountabilities:
- Work with internal teams to modify onsite visibility packages with optimum component and pricing.
- Plan and set package targets for clusters’ operations/KPIs. Monitor & propose the optimizations if any needed.
- Develop the initiatives/ programs relating to package sale performance & seller adoption push.
- Execute initiatives to grow package performance & analyze (in qualitative & quantitative) the plans for any improvements.
- Manage the overall the data in terms of reports, trackers.
- To be responsibility for the analysis exercises & consult the team reports.
Requirements:
- Possesses Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or any relevant study.
- 1-2 years of working experience in relevant industry.
- Strong data, data analytics, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Self-driven with an exceptional sense of ownership and responsibilities.
- Keen interest in e-commerce, attention to details and interest in numbers.
- To be proficient in verbal & written communication in English & Vietnamese.
