JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to Onboarding & Content lead, you will be responsible for:
- Analyze & synthesize data to generate insights for new initiatives, provide findings to ensure a holistic view of our users (buyers, merchants, drivers) by qualitative & quantitative studies & analysis.
- Monitor onboarding flow, and conduct market research to recommend strategies for improvements.
- Be responsible for platform UGC improvements.
- Collaborate with Reg/other depts to ensure alignment and improve performance.
- Process onboarding cases and manage content on the platform.
- Work on daily tasks & assignments on demand.
REQUIREMENTS
- High level of critical thinking, attention to detail & numerical skills to keep track of performance & generate a report to top management.
- Minimum 1 year working in a tech environment (e-commerce, fintech, food delivery…), 1 year of proven experience in a relevant position, preferred candidates with Content Operation understandings.
- Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills, fluent in speaking & writing English.
- High collaboration with all departments, open-minded & flexible, aligning the process with counterparts from other functions.
- Fast-learning and open mind, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
