JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated People & Culture Intern to join our team and contribute to our employer branding and talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for employer branding initiatives, with a focus on our Young Talent Program and Events, while also providing support in recruitment activities. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in the Beverage sector, and develop skills in employer branding, communication, project management, and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
Young Talent Program:
- Assist in the attraction and selection process for our Fresh graduates program, including logistics coordination, POSM production, social media management for platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn, and communication management through emails and SMS.
- Respond to technical and other questions from students on social media platforms.
- Prepare attraction and selection reports and assist in other tasks such as vendor sourcing, contract and payment management, and gift and inventory management. Support the onboarding activities for young talents
Universities and Clubs Partnerships:
- Collaborate with student clubs and universities to organize partnering events and activities, participate in career fairs and job fairs, and collect market intelligence related to Young Talent Programs and other initiatives.
EVP (Employer Value Proposition):
- Support employer brand communication efforts, including creating always-on content for events and employer branding initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Full-time availability. Please note that as a People & Culture Intern and part of organizing team, you can not apply the Management Trainee 2024 program.
- Proactive and self-driven, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Social media savvy, with experience in creating content for Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Event and communication management
- Knowledge of FMCG industry and talent acquisition concepts will be a plus.
