JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive and input the list of 7-Eleven products into the online system, ensuring that all are displayed completely, correctly, and clearly
- Set up and manage vouchers and promotional programs for the 7-Eleven application via the CRM portal
- Perform reconciliation between 7-Eleven and partners at the end of the month
- Carry out end-of-month paperwork tasks: refunding e-wallets and other paperwork tasks
- Have someone guide you through all the processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Educational Level: At least a diploma in Business Administration, E-commerce, or related fields.
- Computer Skills: Regular use of computers in work, proficient in office software like MS Office or G Suite (Google Docs, Google spreadsheet); good typing skills.
- Language Skills: Basic English.
- Experience: No experience required, but having worked at 7-Eleven at stores or CDC is a plus.
- Skills: Communication, teamwork, independent work.
- Personality: Honest, meticulous, careful.
