What you will do
- Proactively propose the communication & MKT campaigns that help increase brand visibility/awareness in a way that supports the employer’s brand strategy and recruitment needs;
- Create innovative ways to attract students and prospective candidates to the company’s career platform and distinguish new recruitment opportunities through advertising campaigns;
- Plan, run, and optimize acquisition activities to serve recruitment, in terms of lead generation and contacts crawling with defined KPIs;
- Cooperate closely with Talent Acquisition Team to organize job fairs, office tours, and recruitment events;
- Increasing brand awareness, engaging brand followers, and managing MoMo’s reputation and presence as an attractive employer across channels;
- Improve channels, tools, and methodology of company communications to enhance the candidate experience and maximize the company’s image across the media space (Fanpage, Linkedin, website,…);
- Connect to the Internal Communications team & stakeholders to develop and implement communications programs/activities (including internal activities) that are appropriate for employer branding needs and consistent with the HR strategy.
What you will need
- 3 years+ of experience in Employer Branding/Talent Acquisitions/ Marketing role, preferably in the Internet/Gaming/Fintech/E-commerce Industry;
- Familiarity with social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, website, etc.);
- Experience in the content creator on social media channels (bilingual);
- Know basic design techniques (AI, Photoshop…), and be able to create simple posters;
- Excellent in communication, event organizing, and time management;
- Creative, result-oriented, data-driven, and user-focused.
