MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
NSO
- Manage all operations regarding to the NSO from Kick off to Opening.
- Make Investment T&E for NSO.
- Manage T&E cost for NSO to make sure it is always under budget approved.
- Work closely with other departments to make sure all tool & equipment are delivered smoothly and on time before projects are opened.
- Check Defects before stores are opened.
- Support Ops to setup new store base on Planograms before store opened.
- Coordinate with another Dept to solve the issues that will affect to Operation.
- Full Involvement in SDC process.
RRR
- Upon RRR plan approved, coordinate with DMs and another Dept. to make sure RRR plan is smoothly completed.
- Work closely with other departments to make sure Store’s Asset inventory correct and move it out of store before site handover to construction.
- Make sure all Tool & Equipment are available before store re opening.
- Document Operations control in compliance with Company’s policies and procedures.
Document controlling and tracking
- Coordinate with Ops and Technician to check Defect list and Warranty.
- Check and closely follow up defect list and warranties to make sure they are completely fixed.
- Follow up with other Depts. (Construction/ FM/ Expansion/ Design) to solve incidents/problems until completed.
Report to directly Manager on time.
Others: Support other Departments when they need.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- College / Bachelor’s degree: Hospitality management.
- Background in F&B system.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Service Industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as store operations.
- Working on project is plus.
- Good communication.
- Independence job performance.
- Easy to get along with people.
- Confident and a self-starter.
