Job descriptions:
- Documentary collection for imported products go to the market (CO, COA, CFS, Custom declaration, License)
- Prepare sub-label for imported products
- Prepare document for promotion license request for consumer & retailer. Online & offline registration at the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) and Department of Industry and Trade across 63 provinces
- Conduct market research for updating the new trend, price, pack size, and variants of each category
- Track competitor activities and changes
- Assist with the logistics and other arrangements for the visitors and internal meetings
- Provide assistance in creating/consolidating/file reports and templates
- Organize the program and assist the newcomers settling in
- Assist manager with sample arrangement
- Handle all the payment requests issued from Marketing department
- Prepare documents for advertising license requests for new products
- Other tasks assigned by Line Managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing and or Business Administration
- Strong market research practices and techniques
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proactive, highly motivated, flexible, highly organized and attention to detail
- Careful, hard-working, teamwork
Working hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8h00 – 17h30 (break time 12h00 – 13h30)
- Saturday: 8h00 – 12h00 (staff can work at home)
