JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Monthly attendance data analysis
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Create code of products
- Update price of products to system
- Collect data and make required reports
- Cooperate with other departments (Warehouse, HR, Purchasing, Finance…) to solve issues (if any)
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
- WORKINGTIME: Mon-Fri 13h00-21h00 Sat 09h00-12h30
REQUIREMENTS
- University graduation/Bachelors in Business Admin or/ and Foreign trade or related profession
- Fluency in English (both compositional and oral)
