• Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities and organised lessons with provided materials
• Participate in program briefings, peer observations, sharing sessions and workshops
• Ensure the teaching performance meets learner needs and VUS quality standards
• Maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues
• Ensure guidelines are applied and followed in accordance with VUS standards and policy for the following areas: (NGOs)

– Equal Opportunity and Diversity

– Health and safety

– Child protection

• Actively assist teachers in classroom management and class activities
• Ensure student’s safety during class time and break time
• Be a companion to students & help them with studying
• Be a connection between VUS and parents

• Bachelor Degree in English Teaching ; or
• Bachelor Degree in English (a teaching certificate can be provided later)
• Weekday evenings and weekend availability

• Be a university/college student (above 18)
• Be able to work on weekends and two weekday evenings (5pm – 9pm)
• Excellent command of English, especially clear pronunciation and accurate grammar (equivalent to IELTS 6.0 and above)
• Willing to work with children and young teenagers
