GEBRUDER WEISS COMPANY is looking for an Inside Sales Intern, working at 25Bis Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, District 1, HCMC
(working time Monday – Friday, from 8:30a.m to 5:30p.m)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide on a day to day basis a consistently high quality commercial distribution channel between the customer and GWL by distributing products and services of GWL in order to work for the success of our customers.
- Ensure each shipment generates maximum contribution to the company by keeping focus on meeting the required service level at the lowest possible cost.
- Maintain customers focus on all times and answering to customer’s enquiries using the standard guidelines.
- Making ownership of complaint and queries and proactively following through to resolution.
- Maintain records of all transactions and interactions made with customers & overseas offices.
- Ensure that all customer’s queries are well-investigated and resolved and escalate queries if appropriate to supervisor.
- Ensure suppliers invoices / shipping documents are passed on to concern department to check they are correct
- Provide general and support services on a local level when required in line with the functional requirements of GWL.
- Perform various customer service activities, including upselling and handling new & existing accounts.
- Handle client problems, answer general inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain, grow and build long term relationships with account portfolio via phone calls, emails and job quality follow up.
- Liaise between clients and operations & other departments to ensure efficient service levels are delivered to the clients.
- Check & raise invoices as per company objectives and ensure the same is delivered to the correct person within the delivery deadlines agreed.
- Identify and escalate consistent or recurring problems with the systems functionality.
- Assist management and team manager with any assigned special projects and provide backup to the team manager when required.
- Produce reports and statistics for meetings when required by team leader.
- Additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Organized mind, orderly, detail & result focus, flexibility
- Vietnamese/English language
- Last year students
- Commitment: Working for GW at least 1 year after graduating
