Job Description:
1. Make a new application and renew the Affiliate Program:
- Carry out official dispatches and requests for permission to open and extend the Affiliate Program
- Coordinate with other departments to collect training evidence
- Coordinate with Faculty and Departments to implement the Joint Program project
- Translation of Cooperation Agreement and related documents
- Submit and edit documents according to comments from VNU-HCM
2. Discuss with partners about implementing the Affiliate Program:
- Coordinate with Faculty and Departments to implement training program mapping
- Exchange the content of the Cooperation Agreement
- Collect training evidence from partners: training programs, subject descriptions, list of instructors, accreditation information…
3. Other jobs:
- Report quarterly and annually to the Ministry of Education
Requirements:
Degree: University degree in social sciences and humanities, economics, education… suitable for job position
Skill:
- English: equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher
- Informatics: Proficient in office informatics
Other skills:
- Good negotiation skills
- Good information synthesis skills;

Portal Office Specialist – General Administration Department
Job Description:
- Develop processes at units within the school & Manage and operate the electronic office system (Portal Office).
- Participate in managing the school’s meeting room & photocopying room.

Job Description:
- Train students in lab safety and in operating equipment in lab

Job Description:
- Participate in tasks in quality assurance and accreditation, implementation and consulting processes as well as supporting Schools and Departments while conducting self-assessment and accrediting programmes in accordance with registered standards
- Participate in tasks in quality improvement after assessment/accreditation
- Participate in tasks in monitoring and measuring the achievement of the programme learning outcomes

Laboratory Specialist (AI) – Department of Electrical and Electronic
Job Description:
- Carry out tasks in the laboratory.
- Support design and installation of basic equipment
- Ensure laboratory safety regulations
- Support the operation and management of practice models.
- Perform other tasks according to school regulations (participate in major accreditation programs, provide admission consulting, organize science seminars, etc.)
Requirements:
Degree: Graduated from University in one of the fields of Electronic Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Telecommunications
Skill:
- English: equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or higher or graduated from schools that use English as the main language
- Informatics: Know how to use the Lab’s electronic devices
Experience: Experience in operating and maintaining industrial robot systems combining PLC, SCADA and computer vision is an advantage
