JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Administrative support to the team
  • Draft, review contracts, and prepare related documents (acceptance minutes, contract liquidation, quotation (if any)
  • Prepare internal documents: Payment request, Stationery request
  • Develop monthly sales reports, and update reports required by line manager
  • Data collecting, customer research
  • Processing of invoices and expenses for the team
  • Booking meeting room, ordering stationery, managing team’s schedule
  • Internal and customer communication
  • Weekly contract and sales track
  • Support data management
  • Proactively take the initiative to contribute solutions and ideas to the successful launch and business growth of clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 year experience in a similar position
  • English Ielts 6.0 or relevant
  • Time management, and problem-solving skills; especially managing the timeline for the client’s projects and providing creative solutions to problems.
  • Client service mindset.
  • Positive and can-do attitude, willing to learn, support, and adapt attitude.
