The Compliance and Risk Management team ensures that Shopee complies with applicable regulations and is primed for success with the right checks and balances while safeguarding the interests of our stakeholders in an inclusive and sustainable digital ecosystem. The team manages potential risks to the company’s operations and reputation through risk assessments, internal fraud control, employee training as well as the implementation of information technology policy and cyber security tools.
Job Description
- Investigate anomalies in our transaction and logged data throughout the customer journey
- Detect fraudulent activities along logistic activity value chain, based on data analysis, learned patterns, site visit and/ or audit
- Manage projects end-to-end to resolve root causes of any fraudulent activities
- Respond to internal fraud-related inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Have at least 1 year working experience in Fraud Detection/Fraud Prevention.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholders management.
- Good team player, positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Driven, attention to detail and motivated.
- Proficient in Excel (Advance level).
