JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the implementation of research plans, including questionnaire design, interview note taking, data processing, analysis and reporting;
- Participate in an ideation brainstorming session to restructure the business strategy, identify improvements in existing products or develop new product innovations;
- Update information on global practices, market trends and other information relevant to the project;
- Other requests from the team and supervisor include;
REQUIREMENTS
- Passion for observing behavior and synthesizing insights into product design;
- Can express ideas clearly and simply; listen to others. Good data/ insight analysis / interpretation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Good attitude and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team;
- Have a working knowledge of qualitative research, quantitative research methods, or statistical analysis (preferred);
- Language: Chinese is a plus;
