JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Talent Development & Learning
- Support the designing and implementation of internal learning & development activities
- Organize key events in internal early-talent & mid-manager development programs
- Participate in talent management cycle: prepare talent deck, update talent key metrics and systemize talent follow-up schedule
- Join hands with regional and the local Talent team to refresh learning-culture enabling ideas and materials
2. Employer Branding & Culture
- Support the designing and implementation of Vietnam Employer Branding
- Connect and liaise for building partnerships with Universities and Student affiliates
- Support the organizing of engagement events with students and mid-career
- Opportunitites to lead or play a critical role in key projects
- Employer Value Proposition Localization: refresh and localize EVP assets and facilitate the implementation across key employee moments
- Employee Ambassador Program: leverage current employees as company ambassadors on social media and company events
3. P&C Communication
- Design visual and content for people communication materials
4. Talent Acquisition
- Participate in the selection process of the internship program across company
5. General Administration
- Coordinate and arrange logistics for P&C meetings and minutes taking.
- General administration for P&C department
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field (eg Marketing, PR, Communication, Business, e-commerce) could be an advantage but not a condition to apply for this role
