This year, we are looking for the next generation of Operation Management Trainees (OMTs) who are ambitious individuals ready to take a giant leap forward in their careers.
Our OMT Program empowers driven individuals to pursue impactful careers. Over the first 12-month period, participants undergo comprehensive training led by Senior Directors, gaining exposure to various business units at 𝗼𝗳𝗶 Vietnam. Furthermore, successful participants will be afforded the opportunity for advancement to a managerial position upon the successful completion of the one-year training and doing projects.
