Job description (Công việc):
· Master data registration and Management: Vendor/ Customer/Material Code (Đăng ký, Quản lý dữ liệu, thông tin mã vật tư, mã khách hàng, nhà cung cấp)
· Customer’s Credit limit and Credit insurance application (Yêu cầu hạn mức tín dụng, hạn mức bảo hiểm cho khách hàng)
· Customer/vendors’ Sales and Purchase contract management (Theo dõi đơn hàng, hợp đồng mua bán hàng hóa)
· Following the Delivery process and issue red Invoice to customer (Quản lý quá trình giao nhận hàng, xuất hóa đơn điện tử)
· Sales record and Balance Stock daily checking (Báo cáo doanh số bán hàng, kiểm tra báo cáo Kho)
· Account Receivable / Account Payable management (Payment Schedule, clear Incoming, AR confirmation end of month…)(Quản lý công nợ phải thu từ khách hàng/ phải trả nhà cung cấp)
· Others related job requirement
Job Requirement (Yêu cầu công việc):
· Female, fresh graduated University/ College, or 1-2 years of experience
· Priority for candidates with an economics major or related major
· Responsibility/ Willing to learn/ Patient and can work under pressure
· English communication and Office computing skills (excel).
· Documentation management and ERP system experienced candidate would be preferred (Using S-ERP by English language).
· New staff will be trained all about working process (Nhân viên mới sẽ được training toàn bộ process công việc và được hỗ trợ theo sát công việc trong vòng 3 – 6 tháng đầu tiên)
