About This Role
- We are looking for a driven individual who is interested in applying their passion in a fast-paced, startup environment as our Sales Development Representatives.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

Source prospective companies utilizing various methods including social media channels, networking, direct sourcing, etc.

Cold-calling and emailing companies to introduce Glints services and arrange meetings.

Follow and support business development team meetings.
Who We Are Looking For

6 months – 1 year of experience in Sales

Good communication skill

Quick learner and comfortable with talking to people

Relentless & resourceful in surfacing potential candidates

Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environment

Excellent communicator and listener
