REQUIREMENTS
- Students who will graduate and are available to work full-time in 2024 or fresh graduates with less than 02 years of experience
- Passionate about developing a career in the FMCG industry
- Cumulative GPA above 7.0/10 or equivalent
- Strong English proficiency
- Fast learning and agility – showing ability to learn on the job in a rapidly changing environment
- Resilient and result-oriented with critical thinking
- Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills – effectively communicate ideas and work with internal and external partners of various backgrounds and levels
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence the business
