Main Accountabilities:
Customs Operations
· Checking compliance in terms of customs declaration via the VNACCS System.
· Collaborate with customers on a daily basis to check and verify the shipping docs for customs clearance
· Declare customs via the VNACCS system
Trucking Operations
· Working with the Trucking Team to manage the operations
· Work with subcontractors to ensure that the KPIs are met
Operational Accounting Team
· Assist in billing activities
Other Tasks
· Support the teams on various tasks as requested
HSSE
· Ensure that HSSE guidance is followed by subcontractors
· Understand the HSSE policy of the company
· Follow the HSSE policy of the company
· Report near misses to the Manager / Supervisor
Requirements:
· Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
· Excel and Word computer skills.
· Communication skills, and collaboration with stakeholders.
· Final year student
