Job description:
- Manage HR works such as managing recruitment activities, compensation & benefit, training employee, talent acquisition and retaining, etc.
- Manage general affairs activities.
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits, researches and proposes competitive salary structure to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Develop assessment framework, collaborate with other department managers to set up KPI for employee assessment, and coordinate all assessment activities.
- Collaborate with other department managers to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy including defining current and future talent needs, deploying recruitment planning, training planning, promotion planning, retention planning, and succession planning.
- Set up strategies for Human Resources & General Affairs department to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ensure department projects, department milestones, and department goals are met and adhering to the approved budget
- Deal with complex disciplinary and HR issues.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 10 years experience in Human Resources and General Affairs and at least 3 years experience at the manager level.
- Experience in a manufacturing company (size: 100 employees) is preferable.
- Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) business is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written organizational communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Languages: Good command of English.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher level in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related field.
- Male or Female, 33-40 years old.
