JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist the team in scanning, maintaining, and managing paperwork & database records for over 1300 colleagues
- Address and resolve pop-up issues related to employee profiles and ensure their accuracy
- Support the team with other HR operations tasks as assigned
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and gain practical experience in HR processes and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management skills
- Quick adaptation to new systems and processes
- Passion for HR and interest in a career in the field is a plus
