OBJECTIVES
We are looking for a proactive, supportive, devoted and people-oriented HR Intern who will join and support the HR team throughout various HR activities, focusing on and driving the talent acquisition process.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Recruitment (80%):
- Support to conduct full talent acquisition process and ensure quality assessment, candidate experience through posting, researching/hunting, profile screening, interviewing, as well as keeping updated with candidates and Hiring Manager to get jobs done
- Align with the Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs: personnel needs, job duties, competencies, priority, ideal profile,…
- Define effective recruitment channel for attracting potential talent pool to optimize and foster recruitment efficiency
- Manage career sites and make sure all vacancies are updated on time
- Support in data management, recruitment report
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager
Employer Branding (20%):
- Assist in content planning and content creation in multi-channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok…
- Uni-partnership: Build, manage and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders for recruitment need
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3rd-or 4th- year students from any field, prefer to work fulltime (at least 4 days per week)
- Good at Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Immediate English skills
- Eager to learn and can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills, good time & task management
- Proactive, autonomous, hard-working, ownership, integrity, supportive
- Be able to develop content or use some basic design tools (Canva,…) is a plus
- Can commit 6-months internship program and can work full-time is a plus
